Synopsis
When we received the project, the client provided clear instructions and a detailed reference sheet outlining their expectations. We needed to create human-like characters from the cat family, and we found the Zootopia characters to be an excellent reference. This collaboration helped us develop characters that aligned perfectly with the client's vision.

Some Behind the Scenes
Fur
During the production phase of the project, The most interesting aspect of these characters is their fur. Each character has a full coat of hair or fur, and each one has unique fur characteristics that we needed to pay close attention to. Additionally, different parts of their bodies require different types of fur. At first, this didn’t seem challenging, but it turned out to be quite complex!
ENV/DEV
During the design process, our team conducted an in-depth exploration of references to align with our client’s specific vision for the character. The challenge was to create a visually striking bus design that seamlessly integrated with the animation.
We embraced this challenge, focusing on elegance and functionality. By incorporating valuable feedback from our client, we refined our approach, ultimately delivering a design that exceeded expectations. This collaborative effort showcases our commitment to transforming challenges into successful, creative solutions.
Animation Test
We conducted thorough testing to address the complexity of animating characters with detailed features, such as fur. Despite the challenges, we successfully achieved the desired outcome that met the client's requirements. The process involved careful attention to detail and optimization to ensure smooth and accurate animation, resulting in a high-quality final product.
Poses Library
As part of our collaboration with the client, we undertook the challenge of developing a comprehensive pose library for all characters intended for machine learning applications. This project focused on creating diverse and dynamic poses, incorporating specific feedback to enhance their visual appeal and functionality.
